The Condo Approval Processing Company of America™ (CAPCA) is a California based company. Our approval processing team has submitted and received approval for more than 100 condominiums, resulting in tens of thousands of units nationwide successfully becoming eligible for FHA backed mortgages since the revised approval guidelines published June of 2009 in ML 09-46b. We are client centric which is why CAPCA will always strive to surpass expectations, servicing our clients in the most professional productive and efficient manner possible.
